Bi-lingual Apprenticeship Program

The IEC of Kentuckiana has are launched a bilingual apprenticeship program designed for aspiring Spanish-speaking electrical apprentices.

About the Program: By merging technical education with language support, this initiative aims to provide students with the skills required to succeed in the electrical industry, thereby enhancing their professional and linguistic capabilities.

This program is rolling enrollment September through May and will convene twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

Tuesday sessions will be conducted in Spanish, ensuring an in-depth comprehension of electrical concepts.

Thursdays will concentrate on tutoring and homework assistance.

ME / EE Continuing Education

Kentucky Department of Electrical Licensing has approved the IEC of Kentucky and Southern Indiana as an approved provider of continuing education required for electrical license renewal.

We offer six-hour continuing education classes for electrical contractor’s licenses (CE), master electrician licenses (ME), and electrician licenses (EE). All of our classes are held in Louisville.

Non-Member : $100.00
Late / At the Door: $125.00
